Mumbai: Board of directors at Bank of Baroda (BoB) have approved raising ₹8,500 crore through sale of shares by various modes including QIP in suitable tranches up to March 2028, subject to regulatory approvals. The board also extended the timeline of raising debt capital through tier-I or tier-II bonds of ₹4,000 crore up to March 31, 2026, the bank said.
