Christie’s International Real Estate appoints new VP of affiliate services

Nicole Konsler is moving up the leadership ladder at Christie’s International Real Estate

On Monday, the firm announced her appointment as its new executive vice president of affiliate services for Christie’s International Real Estate’s Americas region. In this role, Konsler will lead Christie’s International Real Estate’s U.S.-based affiliate services team.

This division supports nearly 50 real estate firms throughout North America, South America and the Caribbean.

Konsler has 17 years of real estate industry experience, all of which has come from her time with both @properties and Christie’s International Real Estate. Since 2014, Konsler has focused primarily on the firm’s technology integration and agent coaching and training. She most recently held the role of vice president of pl@tform education. In this role she worked with brokers and agents to implement @properties’ and Christie’s International Real Estate’s suite of technology.

“Nicole’s natural ability to relate to clients and colleagues, combined with her technical expertise, strategic mindset and deep understanding of both agent workflows and brokerage operations makes her a natural fit to lead the Americas affiliate services team,” Thad Wong, the co-CEO of Christie’s International Real Estate, said in a statement. “During her nearly two decades with @properties, and then Christie’s International Real Estate, Nicole has proven to be a key advisor and respected leader, consistently elevating the level of support and value our agents and affiliates receive.”

Chicago-based @properties acquired Christie’s International Real Estate in 2021. Both brands were subsequently acquired by Compass in a deal announced in December 2024. Compass purchased the firms for a total of roughly $444 million made up of both cash and Class A common stock.
