Don’t reveal bills before introduction: J&K Speaker

on Sunday slammed legislators for making their private members' bills public ahead of the budget session in violation of parliamentary practices and established conventions.
Directing members to refrain from repeating this, Speaker

said, “It is improper to publicize notices of questions, bills, resolutions, and other matters related to legislative business.”
