Drew Barrymore’s Walmart kitchen line just released a bright blue color for spring

Whether you like to cook or just like to eat, the kitchen is most likely the focal point of your home. It's where everyone tends to gather, so why not make it look pretty? We're not talking about investing in new countertops or painting the walls; simply upgrade some of your cookware and small appliances to items from Beautiful by Drew Barrymore, the celeb's affordable home line at Walmart. The brand practically specializes in stylish, yet uber-functional kitchen items, like its editor-approved air fryer or its heart-shaped Dutch oven. Even better, Beautiful just released a new light blue hue for spring and you'll likely want at least one new piece for your favorite room.

The color, called Hydrangea, is a light baby blue inspired by the Ina Garten-loved flower. Of course, not all hydrangeas are blue, but it is one of the most popular colors to grow. Fun fact: Did you know that hydrangeas get their color from the type of soil they're planted in? They turn blue if they're growing in more acidic soil. Alas, you don't have to worry about soil with these appliances. But like the flowers, just set any one of them out on your countertop and watch them shine.

Beautiful by Drew Barrymore offers Hydrangea in eight of its top-selling kitchen appliances, including the stand mixer, nonstick cookware set and coffee maker. (The air fryer is coming soon.) If you have your heart set on one of the appliances in the new shade, grab one before they're gone. Beautiful by Drew Barrymore items tend to sell out fast. Want a closer look at the line? The fact that this coffee maker is pod-free is what sets it apart from other single-serve brewers, especially at this price. No pods = less waste. Plus, pods can add up real fast. Another perk? The coffee maker has a grinder that knows exactly how many beans are needed for the cup size. And it'll grind enough coffee for up to 16 cups before needing to be refilled. Walmart shoppers loved it so much when it launched last spring, it sold out. But right now, it's in stock and available in the new color.

"The coffee maker is so appealing looks and works in a way that makes sense," shared one fan. "It's so easy, it brews fast and I love the two beeps it does when it's done brewing. I love the hot/cold feature and the grinder is so nice to have attached to the coffee maker. I've had two Keurigs and this is better."

Get yourself a two-slot toaster in this springy color and start your mornings off right. The powerful 900-watt appliance features extra-wide self-adjusting toast slots for big bagels and a variety of bread. Plus, it comes with the standard bagel, frozen and reheat functions.

"I love how this toaster has a touch-activated display and options for gluten-free, bagel and frozen," explained a thrilled cook. "Lastly, I like how it gives you the option to adjust the browning level."

This gorgeous ceramic cookware set comes with frying pans, sauté pans and even a Dutch oven! Plus, each vessel has a slick nonstick coating to make cleaning a breeze. This pretty new shade is the icing on the cake.

Said a home chef: "The best set of nonstick pots and pans that I've ever bought. I just moved and didn't have a spatula on hand — made eggs and they slid right off the pan and no mess."

This waffle maker has an easy-to-use rotating mechanism that allows you to cook five, evenly-cooked round one-inch-thick restaurant-quality waffles in only 10 minutes. It has seven adjustable browning control settings, so you can choose how crispy you want your treat, too.

"This is by far my favorite waffle maker I've ever used," wrote a busy mom with a toddler who asks for waffles or pancakes every day. "It's easy to flip, simple heating directions, a 'ready' light when the waffle is done, and super easy clean up (especially with the spill plate being removable!). I also love that I can hide the cord underneath. I made five Belgian waffles, had breakfast with my family, and had the waffle maker cleaned up within 30 minutes."

If you love to bake and have a list of recipes on your mind, this gorgeous stand mixer might be more up your alley. This 5.3-quart model can mix enough dough for nine dozen cookies at once. It has 12 speeds, and its tilt-head design allows you to easily add ingredients as you mix. It comes with a removable splash guard if you're worried about making a mess, and included accessories — a coated metal flat beater, dough hook and stainless steel wire balloon whisk — are dishwasher-safe.

One home baker wrote: "This is a great, less expensive replacement for a KitchenAid. Not only is it lightweight, it comes with the lid/pour-in attachment. It has suction cups [on the bottom] that help keep it in place. It's quieter, and the turn dial speed adjustment makes finding the right speed easier."

Of course, if you like to drink tea or pour-over coffee, or you need boiling water for oatmeal or other meals, an electric tea kettle can come in handy. Its 1-liter capacity can turn out about five cups of tea, and the fast boiling system has a one-touch boil button and an indicator light that lets you know when the kettle's getting to work. There's an auto shut-off function too — gotta love the peace of mind.

"Love this electric kettle," shared one fan. "I wanted a gooseneck kettle and something aesthetically pleasing for my coffee bar. This fits the bill perfectly and works very well. I have a full pot in less than five minutes and enough water for a single cup in just a couple of minutes."
