Alejandro Garnacho has thrown doubt over his Manchester United future, while pointing to how he started every Europa League knockout game but got only “20 minutes” of Wednesday’s 1-0 final defeat by Tottenham.
The winger’s comments regarding his United career come after Ruben Amorim stated he would leave for “no compensation” if the board and fans lose faith in him and Bruno Fernandes said he would depart if the club wanted to “cash in”.

Garnacho was dropped by Amorim for Mason Mount at San Mamés, the head coach introducing the Argentinian for the latter on 71 minutes.
Garnacho said: “Obviously it’s hard for everyone. Our season was shit. We didn’t beat anyone in the league. We lacked a lot of things. When you don’t score goals, you always need more.
“Until we reached the final, I played every round. And I played 20 minutes today - I don’t know. I’m going to try to enjoy the summer and see what happens next.”
United are open to selling Garnacho if the club receives an offer that matches their valuation. This is believed about £60-£70m.
Amorim has made clear he wants to keep Fernandes, saying at the end of March, for example, that the captain is “not going anywhere” this summer.
