Hannah Moore, owner of Richardson, Tex. wealth management firm Guiding Wealth, didn’t set out to build an online training program for new financial planners. But back in 2020, as the pandemic forced firms to put their summer internship plans on hold, she thought of a way to help entrants to the industry get the kind of training they needed.
