Healthcare network HealthLynked has introduced new features to its online appointment booking platform and enhancements to its ARi voice assistant to improve patient convenience and streamline communication between doctors and patients.
The updates to the in-office booking tool offer flexibility for scheduling doctor visits and cater to patients with varied availability.
The tool now includes options such as 'Next Available or Specific Day Requests', allowing patients to book the next available slot or choose a specific day that suits their schedule.
This is particularly beneficial for patients with limited days available for appointments.
The 'Morning or Afternoon Preferences' feature has been expanded to include a 'both' option for those with no specific time preference, accommodating those with unpredictable or flexible schedules.
Additionally, patients can now submit reviews without logging in, ensuring that all experiences can be shared promptly, even though these will be marked as 'unverified'.
The proprietary ARi voice assistant from HealthLynked, which features AI-driven real-time interaction, has been enhanced for better reliability and experience of users.
Improvements include advanced noise-cancellation to reduce background noise interference and refined detection algorithms to prevent unwanted interruptions, ensuring that ARi responds only when necessary for an intuitive experience.
HealthLynked chairman and CEO Dr Michael Dent said: “Our latest updates simplify the process for patients to secure a doctor’s appointment and communicate with providers.
“With these flexible booking options and our enhanced ARi platform, we remain dedicated to creating a healthcare experience that is both convenient and empowering for patients and providers.”
Through its cloud-based platform, HealthLynked enables connections between patients and healthcare providers for both virtual and in-person consultations, while securely centralising all medical records in one accessible location.
