Every April, I have to remind myself that we are still in fool's spring territory. While I would much rather be wearing sundresses, swimsuits and strappy sandals full-time, cold fronts still, unfortunately, exist. That's why I use April as a time to shop for both spring and summer clothes. Right now, the Nordstrom new arrivals section is stocked with so many good options from top brands like Coach, New Balance, Rothy's, Barefoot Dreams, Madewell, Franco Sarto and Skims.

Even though I want to buy pretty much everything in the name of a spring refresh, my credit card can only take so much — and I also want to be able to retire one day. Don't worry, it was super easy to tighten my shopping list to a realistic number, including this pair of flowy pants that fits the "rich mom" trend everywhere. Another favorite is this trendy and flattering denim dress from Boden. Want in? Scroll below to shop my 16 editor-approved Nordstrom new arrivals this spring.

Everyone deserves a crisp white tee for spring — the classic closet staple is truly the building block for warm weather outfits. This T-shirt from Sanctuary is made from breathable cotton jersey that drapes just right and is ideal for everyday wear.

Toss it on with jeans, shorts or your go-to skirt, the options are endless. Plus, the scoop neck couldn't be more flattering. I'm going to snag this style in both white and black (but it also comes in green and pale pink).

This month, Rothy's released the shoe of the season: Meet The Espadrille Mary Jane. These flats are the perfect hybrid between classic Mary Jane flats and espadrilles. We even named them one of April's most anticipated products!

I already scooped up a pair and can attest to just how comfortable they are — from the knit upper to the adjustable strap, they slide on easily and don't rub. I plan on wearing these shoes to work, on vacation and out to lunch with friends.

In case you missed it, Mocha Mousse is Pantone's color of the year, so you can be sure that the brown trend isn't going anywhere. I love brown and find it to be a lot more wearable than black since it's less harsh.

The '90s-inspired bag features a zippered closure and a fixed strap that hangs comfortably on your shoulder; it has plenty of room for your phone, wallet and lip combo of the week. Trust me: This is one purse you'll want to reach for all year long.

Vests have been having a major moment over the last year — I have no doubt you'll continue to see them pop up everywhere this spring. I love this trend because vests feel a lot more special than your standard tank top, but they aren't so dressy that you have to save them for a special occasion.

This linen style comes in four neutral hues, including this timeless black. Dress up your look with heeled sandals and tailored trousers, or keep things casual with sneakers and those go-to blue jeans.

Tired of your bootcut and straight leg jeans? Try something a bit more adventurous this spring and add a pair of wide-leg pants to your rotation. This cropped option has a wide leg, but it's tailored enough that you don't get lost in the fabric. They're also ultra-comfortable and wildly flattering due to the high waist.

I love this true blue wash and the patch-style pockets on the back that give these pants a vintage vibe. Plus, they also come in petite sizes!

Whether you're exploring a new city on vacation or simply walking around the neighborhood, a comfortable pair of sneakers is a spring and summer essential. These New Balance sneakers are currently at the top of my wishlist — I'm loving the versatile linen and olive colors, suede accents and thick heel that'll give me a little lift.

These kicks come in eight other colors, plus they have a cushioned insole to keep your feet happy no matter where the day takes you.

Okay, how cute are these? I'm already a huge fan of the Barefoot Dreams socks (it's like wearing the brand's famous blanket on your feet!), but they've been updated with a fun, sporty twist.

While they may look like your average mid-calf gym socks, they're actually a fuzzy hug. And, yes, fuzzy socks are a year-round affair.

Denim is one of 2025's top style trends (and I'm not mad about it), and it goes way beyond classic jeans. While there are so many new Boden dresses at Nordstrom right now, I can't stop thinking about this midi. It's trendy, it's flattering and it's simple without being boring.

It also pairs well with every kind of shoe — wear it with boots, sandals, ballet flats and even sneakers.

My closet is seriously lacking in lightweight, breezy pants like this luxe pair. The "rich mom" style is made of 100% cotton and has an elastic waist, making it perfect for, well, everything. You can wear it lounging at home, as a swimsuit coverup or out and about with the right pair of shoes.

It comes in a handful of colors, but nothing fits the rich mom vibe more than a light beige. "I live in a hot, humid summer climate and these pants are perfect. You can dress them up or down — they look stylish and elegant," said a five-star reviewer.

Ooh, you know what would look great with a denim dress? This woven brown bag. Made of luxe leather, it's small enough to be a true, easy-to-wear crossbody but can still fit all of the essentials (wallet, phone, keys, lip gloss, etc.).

Another plus: The strap is sneakily adjustable, so you can easily turn it into a cute shoulder bag.

I love pink. I love bows. I love dresses. And I love pink dresses with bows. This number is such a good blend of sweet and airy without feeling too childish. It also has my favorite tells of any comfortable dress: a smocked bodice, cotton blend fabric and puff sleeves.

There are also pockets, which we all know are superior. (Psst: It comes in seven colors — including black and white — if you're not as big on pink.)

I am a firm believer that leopard print is a neutral. It just is! Take, for example, these fashionable sandals. With the exception of, like, a tie-dye mini dress, these pair well with everything. The tiny block heel and cushioned footbed also make them a great candidate for long walks.

The first outfit I want to wear them with? A white tee and light-wash jeans to add a little bit of spice.

If you have yet to wear Skims boxers (or Skims in general), please use this as an excuse to start. While I already own a few pairs of the well-known tighter boxers, Kim Kardashian made this looser, ultra-comfy fit that's even better for lounging. I also have a feeling the relaxed fit and cotton blend material is going to be great for sleeping.

While heather gray is generally a good move for any loungewear, you can also scoop up the boxers in black and pink.

Ever since ballet slippers came back in style, I've been desperately searching for the perfect pair — and I think I might have found them. This style from Cole Haan has a delicate little bow and subtly pointed toe, which is everything I love in a flat.

However, it's the light green color that I'm dreaming about. It's just spring perfection and is neutral enough to pair with most pants.

I love a good eyeshadow palette (this Pat McGrath one is my new obsession), but sometimes I just need a quick fix sans brush. I'm generally a fan of Too Faced products, so I'm intrigued by this multi-tasking eye shadow stick. It's the size of a pen and all you need to do is swipe and smudge if you want. Easy peasy.

The stick — which comes in eight sparkly colors — promises 12-hour wear and no creasing or caking.

$26 at Nordstrom

I've been wanting to up my home spray game from Febreeze to, well, not Febreeze — I now have my sights set on this fancier odor-neutralizing spray.

Instead of smelling like cleaning products, this one features notes of eucalyptus and sage, along with orange peel and lavender. It's kind of like burning sage, but without the messy smoke.
