The Nunez Group, a real estate team with more than $123 million in sales last year, has officially joined Keller Williams City Views, the company’s Fort Lee, New Jersey-based market center.
Founded by Oscar Nunez, The Nunez Group has been recognized for its focus on strategic investment opportunities, particularly in serving developers and real estate investors.
In 2024, the 14-agent team closed 265 units with a total sales volume of $123.4 million.
“The main reason I joined KW is that I wanted to be shoulder-to-shoulder with people doing more than me,” Nunez said in a statement. “I was with KW before, and I truly missed the collaboration that came with being part of this amazing community.”
Nunez praised the company’s infrastructure and community-focused culture, noting the advantages of rejoining the Keller Williams network.
“At KW, people are so helpful, and the support system on the back end is excellent and assists us with great exposure,” he said.
