Texas-based analytics and decision management company LENDEM Solutions announced that Krish Dhokia, a former mortgage marketing leader at Kind Lending and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp., has been hired as its new chief marketing officer.
Dhokia shared the news over the weekend via LinkedIn.
“LENDEM empowers organizations to make smarter and faster decisions — using the power of big data and machine learning,” he wrote. “Joining a company at the intersection of innovation and impact feels like the perfect next chapter. Grateful for the path that led me here — and ready for the journey ahead.”
Krish DhokiaDhokia was named a 2023 HousingWire Marketing Leader during his time at California-based Kind Lending, a top 50 U.S. lender. He joined that company as its CMO in March 2022 following a stint at Fairway as vice president of marketing for the company’s wholesale lending division.
Dhokia’s career path has also included stops at Stearns Lending, Certainty Home Loans and Red Robin Realtors.
According to his LinkedIn bio, Dhokia was a 2016 recipient of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 Under 40” Award for marketing. He leadership roles have focused on the use of social networking in mainstream marketing and search engine optimization efforts. He has helped to launch several websites in the real estate, health care, marketing and technology realms.
According to its website, LENDEM Solutions offers clients “the ability to provide credit with scalable products and services that fit their tolerances for risk and overall performance requirements.” It has expertise in omnichannel customer acquisition, decisioning, customer retention, vintage maximization and compliance.
