Ohio CU Financial Services has collaborated with Ash Brokerage to offer its credit union members a full suite of insurance solutions.

Ohio CU Financial Services is a wholly owned Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) of OC Federal Credit Union.

Ash Brokerage is a brokerage general agency established by Jim Ash in 1971. It is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and serves financial professionals across the US.

Part of the Integrity Marketing family, Ash Brokerage offers back-office services including sales and concept development.

With more than 375 employees, the company operates from its headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as well as through remote staff nationwide.

OC Federal Credit Union chief retail officer Bill Nelson said: "We are excited to expand the products and services that we can offer our more than 13,000 members in north-east Ohio."

Last month, OC Federal Credit Union established Ohio CU Financial Services to extend its offerings to include insurance products.

Ohio CU Financial Services operates within the five branches of OC Federal Credit Union, offering a range of Medicare plans, annuities and insurance options.

OC Federal has been serving its members since 1954, focusing on providing financial solutions that help communities in Ohio prosper.

OC Federal distinguishes itself as a faith-based credit union in Ohio, boasting $267m in assets and a membership exceeding 13,000 individuals.

The credit union's services span five branches in Ohio, including the Ohio CU Mortgage full-service mortgage division, commercial banking, private wealth management, and now, Ohio CU Financial Services.
