Phillies Predicted To Make Decision on Brandon Marsh for Top Prospect

The talk of the Philadelphia Phillies has continued to be about what the team will do in the outfield.

The organization hasn't done enough to solve that issue, but they might have a gem hiding in the minor leagues who could come up and be exactly what they're looking for.

With Brandon Marsh and Max Kepler not swinging the bats the way the Phillies have hoped for, Otto Kemp, the Phillies' No. 24 Prospect, according to MLB Pipeline, could eventually make his MLB debut.
