Anderson & Vreeland, a supplier of printing and packaging supplies and equipment, has rehired its former technical sales representative, Kelly Conner, as a business development manager for various photopolymer technologies.
In his new role, Conner will focus on reinforcing partnerships with Anderson & Vreeland account managers and clients, seeking new opportunities, and introducing cutting-edge solutions.
His aim is to establish himself as a trusted advisor and support teams in achieving their goals while also ensuring smooth adoption of polymer plate technology.
Conner has a background in the printing and packaging industry of more than three decades.
At tesa tape, as a sales specialist, he managed accounts across seven US states, bolstering revenue growth through hands-on support.
His previous leadership roles at Anderson & Vreeland, Flint Group Narrow Web, and Pitman Company have reportedly equipped him with the expertise to refine sales strategies, streamline operations, and resolve complex issues.
Conner’s advanced training through the Flexographic Technical Association, German Flexographic Technical Association, and Fox Valley Technical College has further developed his expertise in the sector.
Anderson & Vreeland polymer team director Larry Dingman said: "Conner thrives at solving customer challenges and empowering teams to maximise operational efficiency. Our customers and internal teams will greatly benefit from his wealth of plate optimisation and troubleshooting support."
Anderson & Vreeland is a privately held company that provides flexographic printers with solutions tailored to specific applications.
