"This tournament is about more than just golf; it's about honoring my father's passion for philanthropy and ensuring his legacy continues to make a difference," said David B. Rendina, President of the Rendina Family Foundation. "With more sponsors and participants than ever before, we are humbled by the overwhelming support that allows us to contribute to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation's mission of funding cutting-edge research and providing hope for children battling cancer."

The tournament featured a day of competitive yet fun-spirited golf, followed by an awards reception at E.R. Bradley's, where attendees heard from NPCF representatives about the organization's efforts to advance treatment options and improve survival rates for children with cancer.

Key sponsors of the event included Force Marketing & Atlantis Paradise Island, whose support was instrumental in reaching this year's fundraising goal. With more than 200 guests, 108 golfers, and 34 sponsors, the tournament continues to grow as a premier charitable golf event in South Florida.

"The impact of these funds cannot be overstated," said David Frazer, Chief Executive Officer of National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. "Every dollar raised helps fund critical research that brings us closer to a cure. We are incredibly grateful to the Rendina family, and everyone involved in making this event a success."

The Raising the B.A.R. tournament was established to celebrate the life and legacy of Bruce A. Rendina, a visionary leader in healthcare real estate development and a dedicated philanthropist. Since its inception, the event has raised significant funds to support cancer research and patient care.

Plans are already underway for next year's tournament, with the goal of expanding participation and increasing fundraising efforts.
