I have some good news for shoppers — April is showering us with fresh new products this month, and I found 12 that you're definitely going to want to get your hands on. Whether you're in the mood to overhaul your wardrobe, spruce up your beauty routine or you have home improvement top of mind, April's new releases will help you start spring off with a bang.
From Target's latest designer collaboration to the hottest gaming console drop of the year, I have the scoop for you. And as usual, I promise that the only items that make this list are the ones that are truly worthy of your time and hard-earned money and actually deserve some of that coveted real estate in your home.
The most anticipated product launches of April 2025
Launch date: April 12
Target is back with its next designer collaboration and it's one of the retailer's biggest collections yet. Target is teaming up with Kate Spade New York to bring shoppers more than 300 items that span clothing, accessories, home decor and party supplies. Ranging from $5 gift bows to a $300 polka-dotted bike, this collection brings the best of Kate Spade's cheeky aesthetic to a more wallet-friendly price point.
As with most of Kate Spade's designs, this collection is full of bold and colorful pieces. I am personally eyeing the basket bag that's covered in pearls and this ceramic cake stand that is sure to make any party feel more festive. While you aren't able to purchase any items until April 12 at 3 a.m. ET, you can browse the extensive selection now on Target's website and start planning your buys, which is a smart idea — Target's collabs historically sell out in a flash.
If you miss out on your favorites from this collaboration, don't worry. We found a bunch of Kate Spade accessories on sale (like this wallet and this tote) that are approved by Yahoo editors.

Nintendo is releasing the long-awaited Switch 2 this summer, more than eight years after the original Nintendo Switch was released. This new console features a 7.9-inch LCD screen that displays gorgeous and smooth HD graphics, no matter if you're playing at home or on the go.
The new system comes with the console, two controllers, a grip, two straps, a dock, a USB-C charging cable, an ultra-high-speed HDMI cable and two AC adapters. Gamers will appreciate that the updated Joy-Con 2 controllers snap into place with magnets and can be used as a mouse in compatible games. Plus, the Switch 2 has three play modes — utilize the console dock to play on your TV and bring your favorite games to the big screen, use tabletop mode and share a controller with a friend, or play whenever and wherever you like with handheld mode.
And while you'll be able to play the Switch games you already know and love, there are plenty of Switch 2 games coming, like Mario Kart World, Drag x Drive, Donkey Kong Bananza and more, all available this summer. But this new console will likely be tough to get your hands on, so register your interest to buy it right now.

In the mood for some spring cleaning? It's prime time to take stock of what's lingering in your cupboards and how best to store your essentials. If your pantry could use some TLC, treat yourself to Caraway's new Glass Airtight Storage Containers. These vessels, made of premium, non-toxic borosilicate glass, feature a secure seal to ensure freshness and, thanks to the modular design, stack easily and compactly. The glass is scratch-, stain- and odor-resistant and these pieces are dishwasher-friendly. Score!
This collection includes large, medium and small containers, a stainless steel measuring cup and scoop and a magnetic storage base to make corralling it all a breeze. You can buy these items individually or purchase a complete 14- or 28-piece set.
The brand has already had a very busy year — two months ago, it debuted its mini bakeware set that also stacks neatly and is ideal for tight spaces.
Pro tip: While these containers are meant for the kitchen, no one's going to stop you from using them in your bathroom to hold cotton balls, hair ties and other necessities.

You know those scents that instantly transport you somewhere fabulous? Ellis Brooklyn's newest perfume, Guava Granita, is one of those very special fragrances that'll make you feel like you just landed in the tropics. With notes of guava, banana and mango blossom, this scent is layered with vanilla and sandalwood to give it a beautiful dimension.
I was lucky enough to test out the new perfume ahead of its launch and have been wearing it 24/7 — it's the sister scent of my all-time favorite Ellis Brooklyn scent, Miami Nectar. While it's certainly a fruit-forward scent that reminds me of summer (the brand uses these words to describe it: "Lush. Escapist. Country club chic."), the warmer tones keep it from being too sweet. It's also sultry enough to wear throughout the day and into the evening, so this is definitely going to be the first thing I pack for my upcoming vacation.
You can shop the vegan, cruelty-free and sustainable fragrance now in 10-ml and 50-ml sizes.

J.Crew's new womenswear collection is here to help you navigate the tricky spring weather with style and ease. According to a release, the new line, shot in sunny Portugal, is comprised of "polished-yet-laidback getaway essentials." These wardrobe staples span a wide range of fabrics, including cashmere, linen and cotton, so you can layer them perfectly for any weather the temperamental season throws at you.
This collection is mainly focused on neutral tones but also features a new yellow floral print for J.Crew's Classic Sculpt swimwear. From one-pieces to sporty bikinis, these designs are as flattering as they are fashionable.
I have the handwoven raffia clutch and mini linen shirtdress at the top of my spring wishlist. Styles (there are 119, mind you) start at around $20-$30.
Launch date: April 2
The next time you're cleaning out your fridge, take a look at your condiments and their ingredients. If you could use some healthier options, give Smash Kitchen a shot. The new line of pantry staples from Glen Powell (yes, the dreamy Top Gun actor) hit the scene this month with organic, non-GMO versions of go-to condiments like ketchup, mayo, BBQ sauce and mustard. According to a press release from the brand, Powell was inspired to create Smash Kitchen in part due to his love of big family barbecues in Texas, as well as his dedication to fitness and fueling his body with quality ingredients. These new recipes are free of high-fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, dyes and preservatives, so you can feel better about slathering that hot dog or burger with your favorite topper at your next summer barbecue.
Smash Kitchen is also offering a few more interesting flavor profiles with its Hot Honey Ketchup, Spicy Mayonnaise and Hot Honey BBQ Sauce. However, the most appealing part may be that every item is less than $5 and is available at Walmart.

This month, Benefit gave its bestselling powder bronzer a makeover — the fan-favorite matte bronzer now comes in a balm formula. The lightweight balm is both blendable and buildable, so everyone can find their perfect level of sun-kissed. This new creamy balm is obviously ideal for the summer when you want to up your seasonal glow, but it's also sweat- and smudge-proof as well as waterproof. It's transfer-resistant too, which means I'll be reaching for it all year long.
Hoola Wave comes in five colors, ranging from light to deep and has a natural finish — no chunky sparkles here! To achieve the perfect application, snag the brand's new Wavemaker Brush. This dense brush was made to be used with the balm so you can get an even wash of color right where you want it.
I've been playing with both the brush and balm for the last month and am totally obsessed. As someone with a very fair complexion (I'm using the lightest shade), I've found the balm to be super natural looking and not like I have dirt smudged on my cheeks.
Launch date: April 3
The Mary Jane trend isn't going anywhere — but Rothy's is giving it a summery update. This month, the brand behind the celeb (and Yahoo editor) favorite flats is releasing The Espadrille Mary Jane. Available in four colors (black, cream, beige and red), these shoes combine the textured knit of a classic espadrille with the adjustable strap and buckle of a Mary Jane.
Rothy's is known for being sustainable, and this new design is no different. Each pair is made from six recycled plastic water bottles, alongside natural hemp and organic cotton. And like Rothy's other knit flats, these shoes are machine-washable (toss them in on cold and then air dry).
The kicks are lightweight and breathable, making them a vacation must-have. Perfect to pair with a sundress, white pants or jeans, I have a feeling The Espadrille Mary Jane is going to be everywhere this summer.
Launch date: April 8
From its Yahoo editor-approved Miracle Balm to its buzzy and bestselling gel eyeliners, Jones Road has quickly become a staple in my makeup bag. So when I heard that the brand, founded by makeup legend Bobbi Brown, was coming out with a tinted moisturizer, I knew it was going to be good.
Just Enough Tinted Moisturizer is Jones Road's biggest launch of the year and is perfect for those who don't want to wear a full coverage foundation everyday, but still like to feel put together. Available in 16 shades with various undertones, this lightweight formula offers natural coverage to conceal redness and even out your skin tone while also hydrating your skin. The formula includes sodium hyaluronate, a humectant (like hyaluronic acid) that works to lock in moisture.
The brand recommends applying the tinted moisturizer as the first step in your makeup routine (after your skin care) with your fingers or with the Skin Brush. Pro tip: Take the "Find Your Shade" quiz on Jones Road's website to figure out which tint will best suit your complexion.
Launch date: April 9
The summer heat isn't far off, but Dreo's new smart fan is here to keep you cool all season. The new 3D oscillating fan is compact, yet can cool an entire room in just 60 seconds (it boasts a 90-foot air reach), thanks to its nine wind speeds and six modes. While powerful, this fan is surprisingly hushed since its ultra-quiet DC motor reduces vibrations — so no, it won't keep you up at night.
The TurboPoly is more than a fan — it's also a light. Controlled via the Dreo smartphone app, you can pick from a ton of ambient colors and adjust the brightness with ease. You can even take advantage of the app's Smart Schedules so the fan and light turn on and off exactly when you want them to.
Two of Dreo's other fans have earned spots on our list of the best cooling fans, so we have a feeling this one will also blow us away (pun very much intended).
Launch date: April 10
Dive into spring wrapped up in a new scent. Noyz's latest fragrance, Detour, is a vibrant floral gourmand that is sure to become your new go-to. I've tried quite a few of the brand's unisex fragrances (my favorites have been Lost+Found and Sh**ty Day) and always get questions from friends about what perfume I'm wearing. They're multi-dimensional and different from my usual signature scent.
Besides smelling amazing, I love that Noyz's fragrances are vegan, cruelty-free and don't contain parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes or animal by-products, so I can feel good about spritzing from head to toe. Plus, all of the scents come in sustainable packaging.
The new scent Detour has top notes of Spanish mandarin, pink pepper and apple blossom, which are layered with gardenia, vanilla and more to add some musk to the sweetness.

You can look like you just got back from a beach vacation without leaving your couch with Indie Lee's bronzing drops. This new serum is here to give you a sheer, sun-kissed tint that makes you look bronzed and glowy. Suitable for all skin tones, these bronzing drops not only give you a hint of color, but they're packed with good-for-skin ingredients too. The formula hydrates and plumps your skin and can even reduce the appearance of big pores and texture over time.
However, the best part about these clean drops is that they're fool-proof — simply apply them directly to your skin for a bronzy glow or mix a few drops into your favorite moisturizer for a more subtle tint. You can even add the drops to your body lotion and give your shoulders and chest some faux sunshine. And since these bronzing drops are not self-tanner (but we have our favorites for that too), you don't have to worry about any orange streaks or staining.
