on Thursday said that National Herald case should be called a "robbery" and not "theft or corruption." Launching a scathing attack on Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, Patra said that they are "modern dacoits" and the case is a "blatant robbery."

Patra's attack on Congress came after Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a chargesheet against Sonia, Rahu, Sam Pitroda, Suman Dubey and others, including several firms in connection with the

According to the probing agency, the matter is scheduled to be argued in the Delhi Rouse Avenue Court on April 25.
The ED has filed the complaint under Sections 44 and 45 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), while the predicate offence, originally filed by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy, includes charges such as criminal breach of trust and cheating under the Indian Penal Code.
