Renowned Physician, Patient-Centered Advocate, and Biopharmaceutical Leader Joins EWA

Dr. Schneider's career spans medicine, corporate leadership, and patient advocacy, with a consistent focus on aligning healthcare solutions with the real needs of patients. As the Principal of RozMD Patient Affairs Consulting LLC, she advises on integrating human-centered design into healthcare and biopharmaceutical research, ensuring that patient perspectives shape industry innovation.
With a background in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, and Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Schneider has held leadership roles in hospital administration, postgraduate medical education, and global patient affairs at leading pharmaceutical companies. She established the Global Patient Affairs Office at Pfizer and has served as Vice President at Theravance and BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., spearheading initiatives that made patient inclusiveness a standard practice across the industry.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Dr. Schneider is a passionate mentor, advocate for gender equity in healthcare, and leader in not-for-profit organizations. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of the American Lung Association's New Jersey Chapter and Vice Chair of the GMDP Academy of King's College London. Her dedication to advancing women in leadership is reflected in her involvement with Women Execs on Boards and other professional associations.
