The 26-year-old, a 2022 World Cup-winner with Argentina, is a "concrete possibility" as Los Blancos prioritize signing a center back in the summer. The LaLiga club is also looking at Spurs rightback Pedro Porro as a potential alternative to Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold, who has yet to sign a new contract at Anfield. Meret has started 25 of 28 matches in Serie A for the Azzurri this season, but he has just over three months remaining on his current deal.
